Return Policy

We want you to be able to shop confidently so we have created an easy return policy that allows you to receive a full refund. We accept online returns as long as they are still new, tags attached, and in resalable condition, within 7 days of your order receipt. Please repackage everything carefully and make sure to include your return form which accompanied your shipment so we can process your return quickly. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items received after 5 days, but within 30 days, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Please note you should ship your return with a carrier that provides tracking information because we cannot refund you for lost returns. 
 Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. An email will be sent to you once your refund has been processed.

All items marked final sale cannot be returned. If you send a “Final Sale” item back to us for a return, we will not process a return.

Exchange Policy

Circus Royalty is currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

Shipping and Tax

Sales Tax will charge sales tax subject to the respective sales tax of the state shipped. For international orders, because taxes and duties vary by country, can not determine what the fees will be. For more information please contact your local customs office. By purchasing from, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of California.

Shipping Time

Our goal is to process and ship your order within 10 business days of receipt. For “pre-order” items, please allow 2-6 weeks to be processed and shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

Shipping Rates

We ship Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air. We cannot guarantee overnight shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. territories. Shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedules. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Shipping is not available to post office boxes. If you are shipping to a military address, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipment

Orders being shipped to addresses outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes, and broker fee which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. When ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of which you are receiving the goods.
We cannot predict the duties/taxes that will be applied to your package, so please contact your local customs agent before ordering. Circus Royalty and will not be responsible for any item held by the custom entity of any destination out of U.S.

Undelivered Packages

All undelivered packages will be processed as a credit return and subject to 20% re-stocking fee. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order. You will be subject to new freight charges to reship the merchandise.
